*First course of unlimited Finger Sandwiches Include: Egg Salad, Chicken Salad, Cucumber/Cream Cheese, and either Ham/Turkey/or Roast Beef

*Second course of Scones with cream and jam

*Third course which is a beautiful cake provided by us
*Hot Tea (two types)

*Champagne glasses upon request

*You will be served on our fine bone china settings that include, lunch pate, tea cup/saucer, dessert plate, water goblet, forks, spoons and a cloth napkin

Pricing: 
Our parties start at $400 for 10 adults with then $30 for each adult after the 10. We add an automatic 20% gratuity so your total party amount for 10 guest will be $480

Party Times: 
Friday: 4-6pm or 7pm-9pm 

Sat & Sun: 10am-12pm, 1pm-3pm, 4pm-6pm, 7pm-9pm

**can add an additional hour for $75

Fine Print:
* 20% gratuity will be added to the end of each party package
* 3% fee will be added to credit card payments 

Basic Rental $100 per hour minimum of 3, this includes: 

• Use of the main tearoom, tables, chairs, 1 buffets
• You can bring in your own food, or have it catered there is no use of a kitchen, or refrigerators so please plan accordingly 
• Our venue can hold up to 100 people for our rentals
  

Premium Rental $200 per hour minimum of 3, same as the $100 rental plus use of our fine china, which includes our lunch/dessert plates, tea cups/saucers, Champagne glasses, water goblets and cloth napkins. We will clean up afterwards. For this option we can only accommodate up to 40.
