Venue Rental (Showers, birthdays, LUNCHEON, etc)

Basic Rental $100 per hour minimum of 3, this includes: 

• Use of the main tearoom, tables, chairs, 1 buffets
• You can bring in your own food, or have it catered there is no use of a kitchen, or refrigerators so please plan accordingly 
• Our venue can hold up to 100 people (Standing) for our rentals if you want to be seated roughly 30-40 can be seated.
  

Premium Rental $200 per hour minimum of 3, same as the $100 rental plus use of our fine china, which includes our lunch/dessert plates, tea cups/saucers, water goblets and napkins. We will clean up afterwards. For this option we can only accommodate up to 30.
